We specialize in the controlled storage and management of physical evidence, ensuring materials remain intact, organized, and accessible throughout the investigative and legal process. Backed by the resources of D.H. Griffin Companies, with more than sixty five years of experience in demolition, environmental, and emergency response work, we operate at a scale that few private storage providers can match.

Forensic Storage Capabilities

What we do, and why scale matters

Most storage providers handle volume. We handle volume and documentation, simultaneously, for cases that may stay open for years.

Secure evidence storage with documented chain of custody

Every item entering the facility is logged, assigned a unique storage location, and tracked for the duration of its stay. Records are maintained to support audit, legal review, and discovery.

Privately operated forensic storage built for long term, high volume cases

Our facility is sized for the kind of material that comes off a major incident site, debris, equipment, structural elements, and recovered components, in volumes that exceed what most private warehouses can accommodate.

Indoor and outdoor controlled storage zones

397,151 square feet of buildings plus 8.5 acres of dedicated lay down yard, all within a fully fenced and gated 122 acre site. Materials are matched to the appropriate environment based on their condition and evidentiary requirements.

Turnkey logistics from site to storage

Backed by the equipment fleet and expertise of D.H. Griffin Companies, we coordinate transport, intake, documentation, and ongoing access management as a single integrated service.

Heavy industrial infrastructure

The site is zoned I-2 Heavy Industrial with a dedicated electrical substation, water, natural gas, and a rail spur on site. Originally developed as the Meridian Brick Plant, it is built to support large scale operations.

Private use capacity

Multiple secured storage buildings can be allocated for exclusive private use when a case requires segregated, dedicated space.

Built for Legal and Investigative Support

Our chain of custody process

Every step is documented. Every action is logged. Every transfer requires verified authorization. The process is designed to hold up under scrutiny.

  1. 01

    Authorized Intake

Everything entering the facility is documented from day one, including condition, source, custodian, and unique identifier.

  2. 02

    Documentation and Verification

Records are maintained throughout the storage period to support audit and legal review, with photo documentation and condition reports as appropriate.

  3. 03

    Secure Storage Assignment

Items and evidence are assigned to their own unique storage zones to prevent commingling, contamination, or unauthorized contact.

  4. 04

    Controlled Access and Logging

All access to stored evidence is controlled and logged. Who entered, when, why, and what they touched, all on the record.

  5. 05

    Retrieval and Transfer Documentation

Evidence retrieval and transfer are conducted only upon verified authorization, with full documentation of the chain at every handoff.

Every process is executed with forensic awareness and documentation at the forefront.
